Coming from someone who hadn't been to the dentist in ten years and was very nervous... I had a lovely, relaxing clean done recently with the Dental Hygienist, Millie. I would HIGHLY recommend this clinic for their customer service from start to finish. The receptionist, Kath, was very polite and helpful when booking my appointment over the phone and made me feel very welcomed. Millie was very professional and made me feel extremely comfortable during my visit. I was quoted over the phone, and was happy that there were no hidden costs or surprises at the end of my visit. Not only is all the reception staff so incredibly helpful and friendly - all the dentists there are so patient and gentle. My daughter who has had big phobias with the dentist, had a procedure done and Brian was so incredibly calm and considerate. He didn't rush her at all and helped to make her feel comfortable and safe. Highly recommend !!
